Kylie Jenner’s spotless Hidden Hills image just took a much messier legal turn. A former housekeeper claims she was told to “disappear” after trying to alert Jenner about alleged mistreatment. Juana Delgado Soto filed a lawsuit accusing staff connected to Jenner’s home of harassment, retaliation and labor violations. Jenner has not publicly responded to the latest claims.
Kylie Jenner Lawsuit Gets Ugly
Soto says she worked as a housekeeper for Jenner from 2019 until 2025. Her complaint alleges she faced racial harassment, national origin discrimination and wage-related violations. The lawsuit also names Jenner, Kylie Jenner Inc., Tri Star Services and La Maison Family Services. The claims have not been tested in court.
The most viral detail centers on a handwritten letter. Soto allegedly placed the note on Jenner’s massage bed after feeling ignored by internal channels. In the letter, she reportedly said she was being mentally mistreated and believed Jenner would not allow it if she knew. Within a day, Soto claims her work environment changed sharply.
Told To Disappear, Lawsuit Claims
According to the complaint, Soto says she was threatened with termination after the note. She also claims she was told not to look at Jenner, smile at her or approach her. The lawsuit alleges she was instructed to “disappear” if Jenner came near. That detail made the case explode across entertainment media.
The allegations land after another former housekeeper sued Jenner in April. Angelica Vasquez alleged harassment, discrimination and wrongful termination while working at Jenner’s Hidden Hills home. People and Entertainment Weekly reported that neither complaint directly accuses Jenner herself of carrying out the alleged harassment. Still, both lawsuits place her household operation under sharp scrutiny.
Hidden Hills Image Takes A Hit
The case cuts against Jenner’s polished public brand. Her home life often appears sleek, controlled and almost frictionless on social media. Yet these lawsuits describe a far harsher workplace behind the gates. That contrast gives the story its bite.
For celebrity employers, household staff often remain invisible by design. Nannies, cleaners, assistants and security workers keep the machine running quietly. However, Soto’s lawsuit argues that invisibility became part of the alleged problem. Her claims suggest the distance between star and staff carried real consequences.
Jenner’s side has not issued a formal public response to Soto’s allegations. A source quoted in tabloid coverage denied the claims and argued Jenner was being unfairly targeted. Still, the court process will decide what carries weight. Until then, the allegations remain disputed.
For now, the lawsuit has turned one of Hollywood’s most photographed homes into a workplace story. The viral phrase “disappear” did the first round of damage. The next question is whether the court filings create a larger fight over celebrity households, power and the people paid to stay out of sight.
