Alex Jones used what may be his final Infowars broadcast to do exactly what people expected: rant, rage, and launch into a new round of conspiracy claims.

The conspiracy theorist delivered a chaotic farewell monologue as Infowars faces liquidation and a possible takeover by ‘The Onion.’ The satirical news outlet is trying to acquire the company and turn it into a parody site mocking the same conspiracy culture that made Jones famous.

Jones, however, is already trying to move his audience elsewhere. He has launched a new site while the future of Infowars remains tied up in court.

Jones Ranted About The CIA And ‘Show Trials’

During his final broadcast, Jones claimed his defamation court proceedings were scripted by the CIA. “These show trials I went through showed me so much,” Jones said. “Like, I knew there were show trials, just like ‘The Truman Show.’”

He continued by saying he believed the system was more corrupt than he had realized. “When you realize they’re so corrupt, they have coordinated scripts run by the CIA in court hearings, and you’re just like, ‘Oh my God. I thought I knew how bad it was, and I was naive,’” Jones said.

Infowars Is Facing Liquidation

Jones’ company is being liquidated because he owes nearly $1.5 billion in defamation damages to the families of victims of the Sandy Hook school shooting. Jones repeatedly and falsely claimed the 2012 massacre was a hoax and that grieving parents were “crisis actors.” Twenty-six people were killed in the shooting, including 20 children.

‘The Onion’ has been trying to buy Infowars and use it to mock far-right conspiracy theories while generating money for the Sandy Hook families. Its first takeover attempt was blocked by a judge in November 2024 over concerns about the bidding process.

A new bid was submitted last month, but ownership remains in limbo after a Texas appeals court temporarily blocked the transfer of assets.

Jones Attacked ‘The Onion’ CEO

Jones also targeted ‘The Onion’ CEO Ben Collins, calling him a “confessed satanist.” Collins, a former editor at ‘The Daily Beast,’ has criticized the delays, calling them “insane” and “unprecedented.” Jones framed the temporary court block as a win, saying, “The state court just blocked the little rat, confessed satanist, from coming in to wear our skin for months while we launch our operation.”

He also insisted he was not defeated. “They think they’re gonna have their big victory,” Jones said. “No, this is the beginning of the end.” He even took a swipe at Donald Trump, saying, “We didn’t ride in on Trump, he rode in on our train. He was useful as far as he went.”

Jones ended by telling supporters, “You are the Infowars, and it lives forever.”

That may be the pitch for his new platform. The actual Infowars, though, is still fighting for survival in court.
