Kim Kardashian’s Daily Wellness Routine Gets Called ‘Wild’ After Supplement Reveal

Kim Kardashian’s wellness routine is not exactly low-maintenance.

The 45-year-old reality star opened up about her daily health habits during an appearance on Amy Poehler’s ‘Good Hang’ podcast, and one detail quickly stood out. Kardashian said she takes around 35 supplements a day.

The SKIMS founder said she splits them across the day, taking them in three separate rounds. Still, even she admitted the routine can get exhausting. “I take probably 35 supplements a day,” Kardashian said. “I spread them out three times a day.”

Kardashian said one supplement in particular became hard to keep taking: fish oil. “I thought, ‘OK, I can’t do this fish oil right now, like, anymore. I have pill fatigue. I have to stop this fish oil,’” she said.

That break did not last. Kardashian claimed her blood work later showed a clear difference after she stopped taking it. “I got my blood work and it was so evident that I stopped and I had to start again,” she said.

Poehler understood the struggle, noting that fish oil can be difficult because of the taste. Kardashian agreed that the size of the pills is part of the problem. “The pills are just so big,” Kardashian said.

Then she joked that she would rather have another option entirely. “I wish there was like an IV drop I could do every day and I would just do it on my way to work,” she said.

Kardashian Family Gets Yearly Body Scans

Supplements are only part of the routine.

Kardashian also said she and her family get annual DEXA scans. A DEXA scan uses low-frequency X-rays to measure bone density and body composition, including lean muscle, fat mass, and visceral fat.

Kardashian said she knows a portable DEXA scan provider who arrives in a van. “You lay down and each one of my sisters and my mom, we all live in the same gated community, so we have the van drive by, and we all jump in the van,” she explained.

The scan itself is quick. “You just lay down, and it scans your body, maybe like three minutes, and it tells you all about your bone density,” Kardashian said.

Kim Keeps Expanding Her Wellness Toolbox

Kardashian also mentioned creatine intake while discussing the different tools she uses to track and maintain her health.

For some fans, the routine may sound intense. For Kardashian, it appears to be part of her larger strategy to stay ahead of aging, beauty pressure, and health metrics.

She has built a career around image, discipline, and control. So the supplement count, the body scans, and the mobile wellness setup are not exactly shocking. Still, 35 supplements a day is enough to make even hardcore wellness people blink.
