Pink is setting the record straight.
The Grammy-winning singer took to Instagram on February 26 to shut down rumors that she and husband Carey Hart are separating. In a sarcastic post, she joked that she had apparently just learned about her own split through media reports, adding that even their children were unaware of any supposed breakup.
After dismissing the claims, Pink redirected attention to broader issues she believes deserve more coverage. She pointed to topics such as systemic inequality in sports, current events, and the achievements of female athletes at the Olympics, questioning why personal gossip tends to overshadow more substantive news.
She also highlighted a major career milestone—her first-year nomination for the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame’s Class of 2026. Pink is among a slate of notable nominees, with inductees set to be announced in April. Calling the separation rumors “fake news,” she urged media outlets to focus on more meaningful stories.
Pink and Hart, a former professional motocross racer, married in 2006 and share two children. Neither has indicated any marital issues beyond the tabloid speculation.
