Khloé Kardashian is sounding the alarm on artificial intelligence—and this time, it’s personal.
The reality star revealed she was deeply unsettled after seeing fan-created AI videos featuring her late father, Robert Kardashian. Speaking on her podcast Khloé in Wonder Land, she admitted the experience left her shaken. “I understand people might think it’s endearing,” she said, “but seeing AI videos of my dad kissing my forehead… it just unsettles me in a way I can’t quite articulate.”
Khloé explained that AI’s rapid evolution has made it increasingly difficult to separate real from fake—even within her own family. She now finds herself texting her sisters to verify clips circulating online. “Did you actually say this?” she’ll ask—only to learn most of the time it’s fabricated. She estimated that 90% of the suspicious content she sees turns out to be AI-generated.
While she acknowledges that fans likely create these videos with good intentions, the emotional impact is different for her. “I recognize people think they’re being kind,” she said, “but to me, it just feels off.” The idea of recreating moments with her deceased father through artificial intelligence crosses a boundary she’s not comfortable with.
Beyond her own discomfort, Khloé also expressed concern about what this technology means for the next generation. She hopes her children grow up valuing authentic human connection in a world increasingly dominated by digital manipulation. “I miss the art of phone conversations,” she added, reflecting on how quickly real interaction is being replaced.
