Kendall Jenner is finally addressing one of the internet’s most persistent beauty debates. After years of speculation about whether she’s had a nose job or other cosmetic procedures, the supermodel is setting the record straight—and her explanation is not what most people expect.
In a recent appearance on the In Your Dreams with Owen Thiele podcast, Jenner acknowledged that she understands why fans and critics alike have questioned changes in her appearance over the years. As one of the most photographed women in the world, she said it comes with the territory. Still, she insists her evolving look has nothing to do with plastic surgery.
Instead, Jenner pointed to acne medication as the unexpected culprit. She revealed that she took Accutane in the past and referenced a popular TikTok theory claiming the drug can subtly change facial features, including the nose. According to Jenner, she believes the theory holds weight, adding that natural aging also played a major role as she grew into her face.
Jenner was adamant about one thing: she has never had a nose job. She said she genuinely likes her nose and has no desire to change it, stressing that rumors suggesting otherwise are simply wrong.
The model also expressed frustration with doctors and online “experts” who have made viral videos dissecting her face and confidently listing procedures she allegedly underwent. Jenner said the videos can be so convincing that even she might question them if she didn’t know the truth herself. While she admitted to briefly trying Botox, she said she quickly decided it wasn’t for her and prefers the natural movement of her face.
Beyond cosmetic rumors, Jenner also addressed long-running speculation about her sexuality. She explained that despite constant online chatter, she does not identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community, though she would be open about it if she did. What bothers her most, she said, is how cruel and dismissive some of the commentary has been.
Jenner emphasized that the speculation isn’t just inaccurate—it’s often mean-spirited. She called out the internet for treating sexuality rumors like gossip rather than something personal, adding that the tone surrounding those conversations is harmful. She is currently in a relationship with perfumer Ben Gorham.
After years of whispers, Jenner’s message was clear: not every change comes from a surgeon’s office, and not every rumor deserves the spotlight it gets.
