A new legal filing out of Los Angeles has ignited one of the wildest rumors to hit Hollywood in years — an unverified claim that John Travolta’s son, Ben, could be Elvis Presley’s great-grandchild.
The allegation appears in a $46.7 million breach-of-contract lawsuit filed by Priscilla Presley’s former business associates, Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, against her son Navarone Garibaldi Garcia.
According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that Riley Keough, Elvis’s granddaughter and the daughter of the late Lisa Marie Presley, may have donated eggs to Travolta and his late wife Kelly Preston, which were then used to conceive their son Ben in 2010.

The filing claims that Lisa Marie herself had previously donated eggs to the couple but that Travolta later expressed concern about using them, allegedly citing Lisa Marie’s struggles with addiction. The document goes on to allege that Riley Keough ultimately provided her eggs instead — making her, if true, the biological mother of Travolta’s now 15-year-old son.
However, these allegations remain entirely unsubstantiated and exist only as part of the plaintiffs’ lawsuit. None of the individuals named — including Travolta, Keough, or the Presley estate — have commented publicly or provided evidence supporting the claim.
The lawsuit also accuses Michael Lockwood, Lisa Marie’s ex-husband, of spreading these rumors to negotiate personal and financial advantages following Lisa Marie’s death in 2023. It alleges that Lockwood told Kruse and Fialko that Travolta and Presley “brokered a deal” involving the donation, and that Riley was allegedly compensated with between $10,000 and $20,000 and a vintage Jaguar for her participation.
In another unverified assertion, the complaint claims that the Church of Scientology had to approve the arrangement and that Priscilla Presley was aware of it. The plaintiffs further allege that when Garcia learned about these claims, he demanded they stay out of the press — reportedly insisting that he alone was meant to be the “king” of the family and seeking a multimillion-dollar settlement to silence the story.
Ben Travolta was born in November 2010, one year after the death of John and Kelly’s son Jett, who passed away at age 16 from a seizure. Kelly Preston died in 2020 after a long battle with breast cancer.
At this time, the claims remain part of a civil filing with no independent verification or supporting documentation, and none of the accused parties have addressed the allegations publicly.
