According to royal insiders, the Princess of Wales, 43, wants to make 2026 a year of calm and healing—starting with mending her fractured relationship with her sister-in-law, the Duchess of Sussex.
Once hailed as part of the “Fab Four,” alongside their husbands Prince William and Prince Harry, the two women’s friendship dissolved after Meghan and Harry’s 2020 move to the United States. Since then, their relationship has been marked by tension, public revelations, and years of silence.
But insiders claim that Kate’s recent health struggles have changed her outlook. “Kate is determined to make next year peaceful in all aspects of her life,” a source told Heat. “She’s realized that reaching out to Meghan is necessary to achieve that.
