The Beyhive wasn’t ready for this one. According to The Breakfast Club’sLoren LoRosa, music icons Beyoncé and Brandy may not be on the best of terms as drama brews around The Boy Is Mine tour. The report also claims that Brandy’s longtime friendship with Kelly Rowland—Beyoncé’s former Destiny’s Child bandmate—has quietly cooled.

The rumors intensified after Brandy’s brother Ray J went on an explosive Instagram tirade, calling out Beyoncé and JAY-Z for allegedly snubbing his sister during one of her shows. In the now-viral clip, Ray J accused the power couple of showing up to support Kelly Rowland—who’s part of the tour’s lineup—but not acknowledging Brandy.

“You need to show some respect when you come to the show,” Ray J fumed. “JAY-Z and Beyoncé, it’s not cool that you come to every show and don’t even say hi to B. It’s disrespectful to walk past Brandy’s dressing room without a word.”

He later admitted that Brandy had no idea about his rant, writing, “This is straight from the heart!! Brandy and the fam didn’t sign off on this! I’m probably gonna catch heat for it—but I still love JAY-Z and Bey!!”

As the video spread across social media, strange comments appeared on Brandy’s official Instagram under a Beyoncé fan account. Posts allegedly written by Brandy included phrases like, “That’s my outfit you’re rocking down there,” and “I double dare you to come down here again and snap a pic with me—it’ll break the internet!”

Brandy’s management quickly issued a statement saying her account had been hacked:

“The @brandy Instagram account was compromised early Tuesday, December 2nd. Full access has now been restored. Brandy can’t wait to see everyone this weekend at #TheBoyIsMineTour!”

But the backstage buzz didn’t end there. LoRosa’s follow-up report cited sources who claimed that Beyoncé and Brandy have been keeping their distance on tour, allegedly avoiding each other behind the scenes.

According to insiders, the two megastars “were once close,” but their friendship cooled as Beyoncé’s career soared. Another source said Brandy’s bond with Kelly Rowland—once described as “sisterly”—has also become more distant.

Still, LoRosa clarified on Instagram that “Brandy and Kelly aren’t feuding,” adding, “They’re just not as close as they once were. They’re cool—just not tight anymore.”

With the The Boy Is Mine tour continuing to dominate headlines, fans are left wondering whether the tension is all rumor—or the start of a full-blown R&B cold war.
