Emma Heming opened up about the painful decision to move her husband Bruce Willis, who is living with dementia, into a separate residence. Speaking at the End Well 2025 conference in Los Angeles on the twentieth of last month, Heming shared that the choice was agonizing and that even recalling it brings her to tears.

Despite facing backlash, she explained that she made the best and safest decision for her family. She emphasized that her loved ones have been fully supportive, describing them as a beautiful blended family and noting that Willis’s mother in her nineties, along with his siblings and cousins, have shown unwavering love and understanding.

Heming, who shares two daughters with Willis, Mabel aged thirteen and Evelyn aged eleven, revealed in August that Willis had transitioned to a separate residence and added that their children continue to spend meaningful time with their father during mornings and evenings.

Bruce Willis, known for iconic roles in films such as Die Hard, The Sixth Sense, and Armageddon, is currently battling frontotemporal dementia.
