Reports have surfaced describing harsh conditions at the federal prison where Sean Diddy Combs is serving a 50-month sentence.
In January, Joe Judice, who appeared on The Real Housewives, recounted his nearly three-year experience at FCI Fort Dix, the same facility where Combs is currently incarcerated. Judice described the environment as brutal, saying, “I don’t know exactly how Combs is living, but you’d have to stay under the radar.”
Judice claimed he witnessed disturbing activity early in the morning. “At 4 a.m., when I went to the bathroom, I saw inmates engaging in group sexual activity,” he said, adding that guards would ignore the sounds from early-morning showers.
He also described widespread disrepair throughout the prison. According to Judice, each floor has a bathroom and shower, but most were broken. Meals were reportedly past their expiration dates, and staff refused to address the issues. “It felt less like a prison and more like a zoo,” he said.
A prison official responded, stating, “Any form of physical assault or sexual misconduct is strictly prohibited. These matters are taken seriously and investigated thoroughly.” The official declined to provide further details, citing the confidentiality of internal operations.

Combs was convicted in July on two counts of facilitating prostitution and sentenced to four years and two months in prison. He is currently serving his sentence at FCI Fort Dix and has recently denied allegations that he was secretly brewing and consuming alcohol within the facility.
