Singer Ko Woo Rim and figure skating champion Kim Yuna’s married life has been unveiled to the public.
On November 14, Ko Woo Rim made an appearance on KBS2’s Stars’ Top Recipe at Fun-Staurant to commemorate Forestella’s 8th anniversary by treating his fellow members to a special multi-course dinner.
During the episode, Ko Woo Rim demonstrated his impressive culinary skills while preparing a seafood stew. When Kang Nam commented that he bet Kim Yuna finds it attractive when he cooks, Ko Woo Rim responded that he thinks she does enjoy it. He’d love to cook for her more often, showcasing his romantic side.
Cho Min Kyu, Forestella’s sole bachelor, sampled Ko Woo Rim’s cooking and remarked that after eight years together, three of them are now married. He asked, how has married life changed him. He continued that the biggest difference is that the guys now eat at home. It really hits him that the members have started their own families. Kang Hyung Ho added that Cho Min Kyu played a crucial role in Ko Woo Rim and Kim Yuna getting together. Ko Woo Rim agreed, noting that their relationship blossomed from shared meals with Cho Min Kyu. When asked if he also wanted to tie the knot, Cho Min-kyu replied, Not really, but admitted that when their late-night practices end, seeing the wives come to pick up the guys looks pretty cool. Ko Woo Rim chimed in that their wives all have that cool girl vibe.
Born in 1995, Ko Woo Rim graduated from Seoul National University’s vocal music program. He debuted as a member of Forestella after winning JTBC’s talent show Phantom Singer 2 in 2017. In 2022, he married Kim Yuna, a figure skater five years his senior, after a three-year courtship.
