Actor Choi Daniel had fans cracking up once again with his witty honesty on SBS’s variety show Take Off Your Shoes Dolsingpoman, which aired October 28. Joined by singer KCM, Lee Chang Seob, and Solar, the Korean heartthrob didn’t hold back when the conversation turned to relationships. Asked about the worst thing a girlfriend had ever said to him, Choi hesitated for a moment before revealing, “She said I was boring.” What started as an awkward confession quickly spiraled into laughter as the group dove into playful banter about dating and intimacy. When the topic of spending the night with a lover came up, Choi’s cheeky response had the cast bursting into laughter.

Lee Sang Min, the host, joked that he’d expected a modest answer, but Choi had “gone all out.” Fellow comedian Kim Jun Ho couldn’t resist teasing him about his earlier comment on being a great kisser. Without missing a beat, Choi shot back, saying kissing was “magnificent, not boring at all.” Earlier in the episode, he even rated his kissing skills a confident 95 out of 100—deducting five points “for humility.” Fans also got a nostalgic laugh when Choi mentioned his infamous “butt kiss” scene from a past drama that went viral, racking up more than 69 million views.
Since debuting in Golden Apple (KBS, 2005), Choi Daniel has built a steady career, gaining wide recognition through High Kick Through the Roof and showing his versatility in Cyrano: Dating Agency, The Con Artists, Pretty Boy, and School 2013. These days, he’s everywhere—from Disney+’s Uracha Urachi Camp to MBC Every1’s Great Guide 2.5 – Daedan Guide and SBS’s beloved Running Man. And fans can look forward to seeing even more of him when Yumi’s Cells Season 3 hits tvN in 2026.
