Lee Hyori then recalled a painful experience, saying, “I was trying to break up a fight between my dogs, and my hand almost got severed. I ended up in the hospital, and all the nerves in my hand were damaged. My hand was completely limp, and I honestly thought it was going to be amputated.” She showed her hand on camera as she recounted the terrifying moment.

Kim Hye Ja, visibly concerned, remarked, “Wow, what happened to your nails?” Lee Hyori explained, “It’s been two years now. At the time, my husband was in Seoul for filming, and the hospital told me they couldn’t perform surgery without his consent.” Lee Hyori’s tone became serious as she remembered the urgency of the situation.
