Kylie Jenner is facing new legal heat after a second former housekeeper filed a workplace lawsuit. Juana Delgado Soto claims she endured discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wage violations while working in Jenner’s household. The complaint follows a separate lawsuit from another former housekeeper, Angelica Vasquez. Together, the cases have pushed Kylie Jenner’s home staff into a harsher spotlight.
Kylie Jenner Lawsuit Pressure Builds
Soto filed her complaint in Los Angeles Superior Court on April 29. The lawsuit names Jenner, Kylie Jenner Inc., supervisor Itzel Sibrian, Tri Star Services and La Maison Family Services. Soto says she worked for Jenner from 2019 until 2025.
According to the complaint, Soto claims conditions worsened after Sibrian became her supervisor in 2023. She alleges workers mocked her accent, immigration status and race. She also claims she missed legally required breaks and faced retaliation after reporting the alleged conduct.
A Letter, A Warning And A Resignation
One of Soto’s sharpest claims centers on a handwritten letter. People reported that Soto says she placed the note on Jenner’s massage table in 2025. In it, she allegedly described the mental abuse she said she was experiencing and asked for help.
Soto claims things got worse after that note. She alleges she faced a termination threat and received orders to avoid Jenner. She also claims staff told her not to look at or smile at the reality star.
The lawsuit also includes claims about basic workplace conditions. Soto alleges she lacked access to water and bathroom breaks in certain moments. She says the stress caused anxiety, insomnia and emotional exhaustion before she resigned in August 2025.
Second Housekeeper Raises Bigger Questions
The new lawsuit arrived shortly after Vasquez filed her own complaint. People reported that Vasquez alleged harassment, discrimination and wrongful termination during her time at Jenner’s Hidden Hills residence. Her complaint also names Tri Star Services and La Maison Family Services.
Entertainment Weekly reported that neither lawsuit accuses Jenner of personally harassing the women. Instead, the complaints focus on alleged workplace failures inside the household staffing system. That distinction matters as the cases move through court.
Jenner’s representatives have not publicly addressed the second lawsuit in detail. People reported that her team declined to comment and said Jenner had not seen the lawsuit at publication time. For now, the allegations remain unproven in court.
Still, the optics are brutal. Two former workers have now raised similar claims about one of Hollywood’s most polished celebrity empires. If the cases move forward, the courtroom may pull back the curtain on a workplace the public almost never sees.
