Shia LaBeouf is shutting the door on any speculation about a reunion with Mia Goth.
The Transformers star confirmed he and the Pearl actress have quietly split after nearly a decade of marriage—and according to him, there’s no dramatic fallout to fix. In a recent interview on YouTube’s Channel 5 With Andrew Callaghan, LaBeouf made it clear that reconciliation isn’t on the table.
“There’s nothing to repair,” he said, explaining that while the news may feel sudden to the public, the separation has been in place for quite some time. “We’re good as is. We’re in a good spot.”
The former couple, who tied the knot in 2016, share a daughter, Isabel, born in 2022. While their romantic relationship has ended, LaBeouf says they’re focused on building a healthy co-parenting dynamic.
“We’re trying to figure out co-parenting and we’re good,” he shared, praising Goth for her patience and grace. He revealed he speaks to his daughter twice a day and described Goth as supportive despite everything they’ve been through.
Reports first surfaced last month that the pair had quietly called it quits nearly a year ago. This isn’t the first time their relationship has unraveled—they split in 2018 before reconciling in 2020 and later welcoming their daughter.
Following the breakup, LaBeouf relocated to New Orleans to be closer to family. Goth is believed to be living in Pasadena, California, with Isabel.
Their relationship has long played out against a turbulent backdrop. After their 2016 wedding, LaBeouf entered court-ordered rehab in 2017, which preceded one of their earlier splits. He later dated musician FKA Twigs, who accused him of “relentless abuse” in a lawsuit that was eventually settled out of court in 2021.
Most recently, LaBeouf made headlines again after being arrested during Mardi Gras festivities in New Orleans on February 17 and charged with two counts of battery.
For now, though, he insists there’s no bitterness between him and Goth—just a new chapter focused on parenting their daughter separately.
