Kristen Bell is pushing back on reports that she earned $60 million for returning to the Frozen franchise.
While hosting the 2026 Actor Awards, Bell addressed speculation that she and her co-stars were each set to receive the massive payday for Frozen 3 and Frozen 4. She dismissed the figure outright, calling it inaccurate and suggesting the number had been exaggerated online.
The $60 million claim gained traction after a report last year alleged that Bell, Idina Menzel, and Josh Gad would each earn that amount across the two upcoming sequels. Bell declined to reveal her actual salary but acknowledged that the franchise has been financially rewarding.
She noted that while the reported number sounded “absurd,” she remains grateful for the role and would continue voicing Anna for as long as the opportunity exists. Disney has confirmed that Frozen 3 is scheduled for release in November 2027, with a fourth installment also in development.
