Ex-Prince Andrew’s world appears to be shrinking even further.

Following his recent arrest, sources claim the former Duke of York has been banned from taking part in what was reportedly his favorite pastime—horse riding near his residence on the Sandringham Estate. Once frequently spotted riding around Windsor, Andrew is now said to be largely confined to Wood Farm, where he has been staying.

According to an insider, royal aides were concerned that photographs of Andrew smiling on horseback during an active police investigation could send the wrong message. “It’s not a good look,” the source reportedly said, explaining that he has been told to avoid riding in areas where photographers could capture images.

Horse riding was allegedly one of the few activities Andrew still enjoyed after stepping back from royal duties. In recent years, he has relinquished his gun license and significantly reduced his public presence. Now, he is said to be spending most of his time privately, accompanied mainly by his dogs, including two corgis that once belonged to Queen Elizabeth II.

Since the arrest, Andrew has been seen publicly only once—leaving a police station after an extended detention. The image of him sitting in the back of a car quickly circulated, marking yet another chapter in a period of intense scrutiny surrounding the embattled royal.
