The Upside Down isn’t the only place where things got wild!
Rising star Nell Fisher is giving fans a peek behind the curtain of Stranger Things season 5—and it involves some seriously unexpected moves from Millie Bobby Brown.
The 14-year-old actress, who hit the red carpet at the show’s Los Angeles premiere on November 5, told PEOPLE that Brown brought a burst of energy to the set when morale was low.
“I’ll never forget this one day while shooting episode eight,” Fisher said. “We were all totally wiped out. Then Millie swooped in like a dance fairy godmother! She gathered me and some of the other kids, and we started choreographing this routine to Sabrina Carpenter’s ‘Please, Please, Please.’ It’s etched in my brain forever.”
Whenever that catchy Carpenter tune comes on, Fisher says she’s instantly transported back to that moment—a memory she calls “pure happiness.”
Fisher joins the hit Netflix series as Holly Wheeler, the younger sister of Nancy and Mike Wheeler, who finally gets her own story arc in the show’s fifth and final season.
The up-and-coming star, known for Bookworm and Evil Dead Rise, described working with the Stranger Things veterans as “a dream come true.”
Fans can now see Fisher’s debut: Stranger Things Season 5 Volume 1 began streaming on November 26, 2025, exclusively on Netflix.
