Following the birth, Cardi B shared a video lip-syncing to her recently released song “Hello” along with heartfelt reflections. She wrote, “Just like I released new music into the world, I’ve welcomed a new baby into my life. This little one gives me even more reasons to be a better version of myself.” She added, “I hope my kids grow up to be 100 times better than me,” expressing her love and hopes for her children.
The baby’s father, Stephon Diggs, shared the child’s gender and his excitement, saying, “Can’t wait to see him doing push-ups, sit-ups, and running around.” Diggs was previously involved in a paternity case regarding his daughter Charlie Harper, born to model Aylin Lopeza during Cardi B’s pregnancy. DNA tests confirmed Diggs as the father, though he and Lopeza continue to navigate legal disputes over custody and co-parenting.
This latest addition joins Cardi B’s three other children—Culture, Kulture, and Wave—with her ex-husband, rapper Offset. The couple filed for divorce in July 2024 and continue to work through ongoing court proceedings.
