Former ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin has released a statement addressing the ongoing discussions surrounding NewJeans, drawing widespread attention.

On Saturday, attorney Noh Young Hee shared Min Hee Jin’s statement during a live broadcast on her YouTube channel, Noh Young Hee TV.

Min Hee Jin emphasized the intentional design behind NewJeans, saying, “From the start, everything was built around the five members—appearance, voices, colors, style, and movement. That’s why fans became so passionate, and that’s how the complete form came together.”

She added, “NewJeans is only whole as five. Each member’s color and voice interlock to create a perfect group. Now that they’ve returned, this quintet should be valued. Unnecessary conflicts and interpretations do not help.”

Addressing ongoing legal matters, Min Hee Jin noted, “The issue is ultimately directed at me, but the members should not be dragged into it. They must be protected and not exploited. NewJeans exists as five.”

Earlier, on November 12, ADOR announced that after careful discussions with members Hae Rin and Hye In and their families, the company would respect the court ruling and honor the exclusive contracts. ADOR added, “We will do our best to ensure Hae Rin and Hye In can continue their activities smoothly and ask that speculation about the members be avoided.”

That same day, the remaining members—Minji, Hanni, and Danielle—stated through their legal representatives that they also wish to return to ADOR. However, the company said it is still confirming their intentions and has not officially announced their comeback.
