CORTIS brought the energy to Seoul World Cup Stadium on Tuesday, delivering a show-stopping halftime performance at South Korea’s friendly against Ghana and proving why they’re one of the hottest new acts in the music industry.

The five-member group—Martin, James, Juhoon, Seonghyeon, and Keonho—were invited as ambassadors for KT, the official sponsor of the South Korean national soccer team. They made a striking entrance in custom outfits inspired by the national team’s anthem jackets, immediately grabbing the crowd’s attention.

CORTIS kicked off their set with a high-octane rendition of their debut album’s title track What You Want, seamlessly transitioning into their intro track “GO!.” Using the entire stadium as their stage, the group’s electrifying performance kept fans on their feet despite the winter chill. Adding a playful twist, the members incorporated soccer-inspired moves into their choreography, earning cheers from sports fans in the audience. When the chorus of “GO!” hit, the stadium erupted, cementing the song’s popularity.

Looking ahead, CORTIS is set to cap off a landmark year with appearances at major year-end events. Their busy schedule includes the 2025 MAMA Awards at Kai Tak Stadium in Hong Kong (November 28–29), the 10th Anniversary Asia Artist Awards 2025 at Kaohsiung National Stadium in Taiwan (December 6), and the 2025 SBS Gayo Daejeon at Inspire Arena in Incheon (December 25), solidifying their status as this year’s top rookie group.
