Kim Jong Kook is taking on a new role as the host of the upcoming reality show Love That Falls Away Easily.
Premiering Wednesday on TV Chosun, the show puts a modern twist on dating by combining romance with fitness. Ten singles will get to know each other through AI-powered matchmaking, creating a unique blend of technology and love.
Fans are already buzzing about the chemistry between Kim Jong Kook and his co-hosts, Lee Soo Ji and Uee. In his opening remarks, Kim Jong Kook joked, “I used to only be strong in the gym, but now I’m strong in matters of the heart too.”
True to his reputation as a fitness guru, Kim Jong Kook didn’t hold back on dating advice. “Don’t forget to get your protein in while you’re out on dates,” he quipped, even suggesting gym dates as a way to mix workouts with romance. Kim Jong Kook made headlines in September when he married a non-celebrity in a private ceremony in Seoul.
