BTS’s Jimin Tops July’s Idol Brand Reputation Rankings!

BTS’s Jimin has claimed the No. 1 spot in the July 2025 individual idol brand reputation rankings, according to the latest data released by the Korea Institute of Corporate Reputation.

The report, published Wednesday, analyzed data collected from June 23 to July 23, 2025. A total of 1,730 idols were included in the study, which examined over 140 million data points related to consumer engagement, media coverage, communication, and community activity. These metrics reflect how idols influence online behavior and brand consumption, including sentiment analysis, media interest, and audience interaction. Risk assessments and editorial monitoring were also factored into the final scores.

According to Koo Chang Hwan, director of the Korea Institute of Corporate Reputation, BTS’s Jimin stood out in link analysis with keywords such as overwhelming, unrivaled, and consistent.

In the keyword analysis, terms like Hoo, Cake Fairy, and ARMY were most prominent, and Jimin’s overall positive sentiment rating came in at an impressive 94.05%.
