On Tuesday, Lee Min Jung’s YouTube channel, Rheeminjung_MJ, dropped a new vlog titled “It’s fun. Im Min-jung’s family’s VLOG on their trip to the US is out in full swing *LA series part 1”, offering fans an exclusive glimpse into their family adventure in the States.
The heartwarming footage features a sweet moment where Lee Min Jung suggests that Lee Byung Hun and their son, Joon Ho, compare their hands to Lee Byung Hun’s handprint at the iconic TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood. With a mix of pride and nostalgia, Lee Min Jung lovingly tells her son, “Let’s come back here in ten years and do this again. Your hand will be much bigger by then,” as she watches the father-son duo with affection.

In a surprising twist, the vlog shows Lee Byung Hun spotting a group of Korean tourists nearby. Ever the gracious star, he approaches them and asks, “Would you like to take a picture together?” The fans, caught off guard by the A-list actor’s unexpected appearance, eagerly pose for a memorable snapshot. The spontaneous fan service fills the atmosphere with laughter and excitement.

The vlog then takes a more reflective turn as Lee Min Jung shares a valuable lesson with her son. “You know, there was a time when your dad was the actor nobody in Hollywood wanted to work with,” she says. “He had three movies that bombed at the box office when he first started. But now, he’s one of the most sought-after actors in Hollywood.” Her words emphasize the resilience and determination that propelled Lee Byung Hun’s remarkable career.

“You might not understand it fully now,” she adds thoughtfully, “but when you’re 13 or 15, and we come back here, the experience will feel very different.” Her poignant words leave viewers reflecting on the passage of time and the lessons it brings.
Lee Min Jung and Lee Byung Hun, who married in 2013, reportedly purchased a $2 million mansion in Los Angeles in 2019. The spacious home is large enough to accommodate their family of six, offering plenty of room for their growing family.
